Privacy Policy
Transparent, easy-to-understand information about our data practices: what we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.
HostsPK is committed to online privacy rights. We have created this privacy statement to demonstrate our commitment to you, our customer, through transparent, easy-to-understand information regarding our data practices. You will understand what we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. This policy applies to all HostsPK brands, websites, apps, products, services and technologies (collectively, "Services").
Information collection: account level
We collect account, purchase and support information such as name, address, phone number, billing information, IP address and email address through forms used to create accounts, place orders, register domains and request information or support. Collection is based on contractual necessity or your informed consent.
How we use it: Legally required emails (such as ICANN verification, renewal notices, DMCA/UDRP notices and material policy changes) cannot be opted out of. Service communications about functionality changes and customer service are likewise not optional. Promotional communications can be opted out of via your account panel or the unsubscribe link.
We disclose information only when legally required, such as in response to court orders, subpoenas or UDRP/URS proceedings. Changes to our practices are posted in this policy, and material changes are announced on the site and possibly by email.
Retention and deletion: cancelled accounts are moved to a "deactivated" status rather than being deleted immediately. Information is retained to resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements, which may limit deletion rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Information collection: site usage
We collect device information such as IP addresses and cookies for notices, support and personalization. Third-party tracking includes:
- Log files — used to diagnose problems, administer the site and gather demographic information; not linked to personally identifiable information.
- Cookies — session and persistent cookies; we may store your username if you request it, and referral information from advertisements or partners. Partner cookies are not covered by this policy.
- Web beacons — tiny clear images used for analytics, not tied to personally identifiable information.
Contests and surveys are voluntary; contact information is used to notify winners. Testimonials are published with your consent by email, and removal requests can be sent to support@hostspk.com. Information you post on our public blog may be read and collected by others; removal requests can also be sent to support@hostspk.com. HostsPK is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party product offerings or websites.
How we share this information
We share information within our affiliated brands and companies. We never share individually identifying information outside HostsPK except: with your consent (including with third-party providers you choose through our marketplace); within HostsPK for support and service delivery; with advertising, analytics and business partners (non-personally-identifying or aggregated data only); for legal and other purposes such as legal process, terms-of-service enforcement, third-party rights claims, customer service, technical issues, safety, defending legal claims and lawful government requests; and in the event of new ownership such as a merger or acquisition, where information transfers to the new owner.

We use 128-bit SSL encryption for data transmissions. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Protecting children's privacy
Our services are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without parental consent.
Data processing and transfers
By using our services you consent to processing of your data on servers in the United States and transfers to other countries as needed to provide the services. We cooperate with legal, regulatory and law-enforcement requests and may disclose information where deemed necessary, including in response to subpoenas, to protect rights and safety, or to address illegal or unethical activity. Where permitted, we may notify you of legal-process disclosures.
Domain registration data is shared with registry operators and escrow providers and published as required by ICANN.
